My Campus, Studying in the Far East "Virtual Campus Tour"

Now you visit colleges from the comfort of your sofa

 
 

THE CHALLENGE

The demographic change has taken hold in eastern Germany. The number of new students is decreasing. For this reason, the federal states in eastern Germany have made it their mission to fill the remaining places with Germans from the west interested in studying. But how to convince a target group, which would rather stay in its hometown?

THE IDEA

We invite the prospective students to a campus visit and delight them on location with the numerous possibilities and the unbeatable benefits of colleges in eastern Germany. To avoid blowing all your pocket money on travel costs, you simply visit the colleges from home on your sofa – with a virtual 360° video.

THE IMPLEMENTATION

In 360° videos, the students present their colleges and the range of courses. As with an apartment viewing, lead you through the campus, tell you about student life and give useful insider tips. The observer can look around in all directions at any time. Just like being there yourself. It gets even more realistic with Google Cardboard, the virtual reality glasses made of cardboard. In this way everyone will find a suitable college – guaranteed.
